WHAT IS CRITICISM

A negative comment or a neutral comment with a negative tone is defined as criticism. It is strong enough to directly affects our brain and limit our mental efficiency.

WHERE IT COMES FROM

The biggest agony about it is it comes from our nearby people. There are two classes of critics:

The class of Who Know You are those negative people who have seen you going through your worst times. This class of critics is considered the cruelest as it has witnessed his late-night effort and every early-morning hard work. These people do not consider your efforts and their negativity can even retard your mental power.

The class of Who Do not Know You are those who have no idea about your efforts, hardships, and challenges faced throughout your journey till today. Still, they take part in criticizing you to their best and your worst.
